This concept inspired the creation of ZaoWork, a platform designed to digitalize online services as commodities. Through blockchain-based identity and exchange protocols, combined with AI agents for automated project collaboration, ZaoWork envisions a large-scale, self-organizing platform that fosters a P2P ecosystem.

Currently, "ZaoWork" targets a focused vertical niche by serving as an online service-matching app that connects top service experts with clients, specializing in software development. By utilizing a distributed, collaborative approach with DAO community members, the platform aims to build systems of the same scale in half the time and at half the cost.

We adopted the "community as the service" methodology, where we select a role called "coordinators" from our community members, who will actively connect the registered talents on the platform and match them for clients' excellent ideas and jointly create outstanding online solutions.
The platform aims to develop two core protocols across four layers—data, platform, domain, and application—enabling industry-standard services and a structured talent collaboration system. The system's core features a Layer2-based on-chain data layer, allowing users to retain data ownership and authorize access. Built on this data layer, the exchange system defines supply-demand relationships, with AI agents optimizing efficiency by dynamically adjusting the network during the exchange process across different system layers.
