Port3 Network is a unified artificial intelligence operation system that has built an ML-Specialized Computation Network, a Cross-Chain Execution Layer, a Data Aggregation Layer, and a full Agent Marketplace.
My Role：Lead product manager (Remote)
Customer Empathy: Direct user research and prototype experimentation to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot.
Product Implementation: Formulate product directions through clear roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Innovation Stewardship: Responsible for staying abreast of technological trends and cutting-edge progress in AI and Web3, and assist in identifying future development trends, market positioning, pricing, and product lifecycle management.
Key Achievements
Successfully spearheaded a comprehensive product design overhaul of the Port3-SoQuest product within four months, enhancing usability and elevating the overall aesthetic appeal of the product.
Established a pricing system
I designed an automated user tagging system to segment user profiles, which led to the proposal of a 'Quest as a Service' pricing model. This model packages the overall Quest capabilities as a service for users, charging based on their usage.
Proposed and completed the BQL project demo
BQL：Blockchain Quest Language, the on-chain language designed for automatic and streamlined blockchain interactions
My efforts led to the birth of ML specialized computation network and a cross chain execution layer, which in turn resulted in the platform's main positioning shifting towards AI OS on blockchain
